Transforming Lives with Little Milestones Speech Therapy Speech Therapy
Owner and founder, Kayla Montiel, M.S., CCC-SLP has been serving families across northern California since 2015, with a passion for equipping fellow parents with tools tailored to support their children and their communication. Although she possesses a "specialization" in supporting Autism communication from participation in a grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education called Project Common Ground, she has come to understand that she is in fact no expert, but rather an ally in deferring to #actuallyautistic voices. Her aim is to elevate such voices in her advocacy both professionally and personally. Kayla can also be found in the parenthood trenches raising her 4 children and dog with her husband, and finds solace in building partnerships with caregivers, using first hand experience.
